The most straightforward fat loss tip in the world

Today’s a tiny one.

Plus, tiny is a fitting word for what I will talk about.

It’s fitting because we’re talking about getting thinner and slimmer.

But we don’t want to get tiny, no.

I actually want to become a powerful hybrid athlete like Nick Bare, and to get there, I need to eat less.

But why the need to eat less?

Well, now I’m seriously eating too much per meal.

It’s because I love food, and I love the feeling of overeating. I actually don’t know many people who love the feeling of being full and stuffed like I do.

And it’s a problem.

It’s not a problem, as in “I weigh 400 pounds and need a trolly to move around problem”, but I am a heavy individual.

I’m 95 kilos large, and I’m coming from 105 kilos which is 231 pounds. Keep in mind, though, that I’m 193cm in height which is 6.33 feet tall.

In fairness, I don’t look extremely fat, but that’s only because of my height.

Still, if you see me naked (check out my only fans), you will call me skinny-fat and more on the larger side.

But back to the main point, what’s that incredible easy hack I’m talking about?

It’s PHYSICALLY restricting my caloric intake.

How would one do such a strange and alien thing, you might ask?

Well, you don’t do it the mainstream way, using a smaller plate.

Seriously, It’s not a smaller plate… Quit it with the smaller plate movement.

Smaller plates suck, because of the flat surface area, you still have the option to stack a lot of food on there, and it will stay there.

Plus, eating from a smaller plate looks dumb. It looks like you’re a 4-year-old toddler.

So what are you talking about then?

Should I be eating out of my hands? Is that the magic hack you’re talking about? No no no…

I’m talking about eating meals out of a bowl instead of a plate.

Yup, instead of a dumb small plate, use a bowl.

Bowls are great since you can’t endlessly stack food in a bowl. There is a limit to stacking more food in bowls since it will just fall out of the bowl.

It’s insanely effective, and at the same time, bowls just look awesome.

I’ve actually studied this, and I know for a fact that people think that people who eat out of a bowl look more cultured and well-travelled.

So yes, eating from a bowl will make you look and feel like a savage.

But do you want to up it another notch?

Do you want to be even more hardcore when it comes to physically restricting yourself from overeating?

You do so by using shop sticks as your eating utensils.

Yup, those motherfucking wooden sticks. And we don’t use rubber bands in our household, we do it ninja style using only sticks and no cheating.

Again, it’s physically impossible to take target bites when you’re eating with chopsticks, so the bites are small.

This makes it easier to digest your bites, and because chopsticks make eating harder, you’ll take longer over your meal.

This results in taking longer over your meal, and therefore you’ll feel full during the meal where previously you’d eat so quickly that you’re plate would be finished because your “being full” hormones can kick in.

So, in conclusion, sell all your stuff and go live in Japan if you want to get skinny!

Nah, that’s too drastic for my taste, even though I love Japan.

What you need to get, is some bowls and some dishwasherable (dunno if that is a word) chopsticks.

They will change your life.
